Responsibilities:
- Lead the chemical lab team in the daily tasks.
- Data analysis by using Excel and Minitab and reporting to laboratories manager.
- Follow Up the Waste Water Treatment station and the Utilities at the Factory by analysis and reoprt to the WWT and Utilities chief.
- Checking yeast's different parameters and communicate with the QA team and production team.
- Carry out all required laboratory tests and documenting and recording the results.
- Preparing all chemicals with different concentrations for the lab and for the production team.
- Reviewing and counting the laboratory stock of tools, equipment, and chemicals and control it.
- Applying the physico-chemical analysis on all raw materials and ensure its specifications.
- Preservation and handling of the laboratory accuracy of measuring devices and their compatibility with reference values.
- Responsible for the 5S system at the chemical lab.
Responsibilities:
- Receiving samples and making sure that they comply with the requirements for conducting the required analyses for both Juice and Milk.
- Preparing chemicals, which used at the laboratory.
- Preservation and handling of the laboratory accuracy of measuring devices and their compatibility with reference values.
- Carry out all required laboratory tests and documenting and recording the results of the tests in the forms prepared for that and communicate with the production team.
- Reviewing and counting the laboratory stock of tools, equipment, and chemicals.
- Treatment of the raw water and make it suitable for different uses (specially the industrial use).
Responsibilities:
- Collecting samples and making sure that they comply with the requirements for conducting the required analyses for both Juice and Milk.
- Carry out all analysis for juice and milk and review the results with the specifications.
- Prepare Chemicals for microbiology laboratory and chemistry laboratory.
- Support at Microbiology lab.
I graduated from the colleague of science with a specialization in chemistry with an excellent degree. During my education i participated in many student activities like the students union, the syndicate of scientific professions and also may other activities like Enactus. During my education i participated in some projects at the colleague like the fire alarm system at the colleague. And my graduation project which was about the carbon nano tubes applications in water treatment.
