Responsibilities
Reporting to the Managing Director
Helping Preparing BOQ and contacting suppliers for pricing.
Submitting samples for approval.
Attending Client Meetings.
Planning and Schedule the project to complete within the stipulated time.
Site mobilization & Management
Production and ensuring the implementation of design.
Coordinating with subcontractors & ensuring the quality of the supplies
Monitoring the quality and progress to client’s satisfaction
Examining defective products and implement corrective measures.
Coordinating site activities and assisting supervisors.
Coordinating with sub-contractors.

Responsibilities
Reporting to the General Manager and highlighting all site variations.
Attending Site meetings and take necessary actions.
Designing and Drafting of Project related Details.
Coordinating with site work and subcontractors.
Ensuring implementation of the Design within Budgets.
Supervision of Project’s quality and progress to client’s satisfaction.
The company was mainly into Interior Decoration & Turnkey Projects. Within its short term it did carry out various prestigious Projects for Nationalized Banks, Exclusive Showrooms for Corporate Brands, Retail Outlets and Food Court.

Managing workmanship for achieving target dates.
Coordinating all shop activities and assisting supervisors and foremen.
Coordinating with workers and sub-contractors.
Supervision of projects quality & progress to client’s satisfaction.
Ensuring implementation of the operational budgets for production and minimizing performance bottlenecks for achieving high productivity with minimization of men, material and machine.
Quality control & examining failed/defective areas for corrective and preventive action.
Preparation of material take-off and purchase requisitions.
