* responsible for generating sales, maintaining outstanding customer service, building client relations and safeguarding company assets.
ACCOUNTABILITIES :
1. Greets and Assists customer with product selection, utilizing knowledge of engineering specifications and catalogue resources.
2. Evaluates customer needs and emphasizes product features based on technical knowledge of product capabilities and limitations.
3. Maps out potential customers to generate more sales.
4. Recommends, selects, and helps locate or obtain merchandise based on customer needs and desires.
5. Describes products, displays as requested by customer and explains use, operation, and care of product to customers.
6. Convinces customers to buy merchandise/goods or to otherwise change their minds or actions.
7. Provides customer support by introducing clients to the interior designers in the company which enhances the interest of the customer to buy a product.
8. Provides information about warranties, manufacturing specifications, care and maintenance of merchandise and delivery options.
9. Answers queries regarding the Company, Showroom and products.
10. Prepare sales slips or sales contracts;
11. Wraps, bags or packages purchases.
12. Contacts and conducts initial follow ups on sales prospects.
13. Provides status reports to management on overall sales activities.
14. Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions, policies regarding payment and exchanges, and security practices.
15. Operate cash registers, performing tasks such as counting money, separating charge slips, coupons, and vouchers, balancing cash drawers.
16. Maintains hardcopy filing and records related to sales.
17. Keeps manager informed about progress and problems relating to work.
18. Utilizes the Computer, Photo copier, K-net machine and printers for various work related to sales.
19. Provides guidance and expert advice to management or other groups on technical systems, or process-related topics.
20. Watches for and recognizes security risks and thefts, and knows how to prevent or handle these situations.
21. Develops constructive and cooperative working relationships with others, and maintaining them over time.
22. Keeps up-to-date technically and applies new knowledge to the job.

- Control and follow-up for receipts of approvals, charges/clarifications/queries etc in conjunction with their staff. Prepare and submit Invoice to respective departments.
- Assist Supervisor in undertaking improvements study and studying need for in system updates, procedures and workflow to improve service standards.
- Perform a variety of tasks within the general scope of the job and others that may be assigned by the management.
