Key responisbilties:
-Analyze information about supplier performance or procurement program success.
-Analyze inventories to determine how to increase inventory turns, reduce waste, and optimize customer service.
-Confer with supply chain planners to forecast demand or create production and supply plans that ensure availability of materials or products.
-Design or implement supply chains that support business strategies adapted to changing market conditions, new business opportunities, or cost reduction strategies.
-Develop procedures for coordination of supply chain management with other functional areas, such as sales, marketing, finance, production, or quality assurance.
-Implement new or improved supply chain processes.
-Manage activities related to strategic or tactical purchasing, material requirements planning, inventory control, warehousing, or receiving.
-Monitor forecasts and quotas to identify changes or to determine their effect on supply chain activities.
-Define performance metrics for measurement, comparison, or evaluation of supply chain factors, such as product cost or quality.

• Follow up with MCS / NPI Projects Team members to ensure that projects plans and objectives are achieved.

• Provide information, reports and recommendations to Management.
• Provide guidance to MCS / NPI Projects Team members as per customer requirements.
• Ensure that all relevant documents are retained for all of the NPIs and MCS.
• Complete all required reports for all of the new projects and all of the modifications correctly and efficiently.
• Ensure effective communication between UK and Egypt Project Teams.
• Attend relevant conference meetings regularly to ensure the clear communications.
• Continuously provide relevant information to superiors and peers in an accurate and understandable manner for any sudden problems and follow up with all concerned parties & the project team that all the required actions have been implemented.
• Ensure that, additional freight costs due to MCS / NPI to be brought to the attention of the customer and clearly monitored and reported.
• Run in-Run out changes are to be controlled ensuring the customer is fully aware of potential liability being incurred and ensure that all liability information due to MCS's are being collated and made available for claim in proper time.
• Attend weekly conference meetings with the concerned teams to inform the team of any issues and always seeking for continuous improvements on planning & MCS / NPI projects activities.
• Address improvement where necessary and develop, monitor Project plans continuously and also ensure that all Project activities run smoothly.
• Assist, support, covering Planning Supervisors in problem solving and also assist and support MCS / NPI Projects Team in problem solving.
• Ensure the safety stock levels are as target on the planning tools.
• Ensure covering the customer requirements on daily basis with sea freight to cover 5 days of stock (one week).
• Minimize the air freight by supporting with sea freight solutions and the sea freight collections on a regular basis according to the customer daily requirements.
• Check the logistics solution for any sudden action, sea freight delay, finished goods missed collection, United Kingdom warehouse stock loss….
• Monitor the total supply chain stocks value for all of the finished goods and advise for the appropriate actions to minimize or maximize the stocks.
• Ensure the production plans accuracy and the customer schedule adherence.
• Co-ordinate the modification implementation time with the MCS Coordinator to avoid any running out liability or running in material shortages.
• Periodically checks with the procurement team the material availability and shortages with its reasons and also check for the nearest promise.
• Schedule analysis and chase the customer with any schedule increase over than 10%.
• Ensure the required labors availability to achieve the required production plans quarterly.
• Formulate & co-ordinate weekly manufacturing plan that will effectively utilize the company resources to achieve the customer's requirements, taking into consideration evaluating all factors involved.
• Regular Communication with the customer as a customer interface for land rover and Aston martin automotive companies, to ensure being informed with any potential changes, and also ensure the customer satisfaction.
• Directly communicating with the finished goods warehouse at U.K. & ensure adhering to policy stock calculation to maximize the ability to react to any customer requirement changes below 10 % and avoid air freighting the finished goods on our cost.
• Responsible for meeting the customer delivery schedule and for monitoring the daily dispatched freights in order to take the necessary actions in case of any freight delay or fall.
• Regular Communication with Logistics department to arrange for scheduling any delivery required for the customer as a priority from the weekly plan.
• Negotiating the financial burden and the cost of any emergency freight & ensure drawing the customer's attention for the costs of any additional freights occurs due to the customer Schedule change .
• Monitor & follow up the performance of any process that may be affecting the adherence to customer schedule & customer specifications, starting from the raw material availability till the delivery of the finished goods to the customer, and contact the responsible part in order to set decisions to resolve.
• Ensure that all the liability information is being collected and available for claiming in the proper time e.g. Run Out& product modification.
• Generate any statistical and analytical reports required to monitor the supply chain performance e.g. The operators needed report, schedule V.S. OB strategy report, Schedule V.S. schedule
• Preparing the Production plans and also the raw material plans according to the BOM and the MRD, on a regular basis; Yearly, monthly, weekly and daily.
• Coordinate production implementation to plans to ensure that sales plans and export orders are well served.
• Ensure Finished Products availability through securing safety level of finished products inventory.
• Preparing & coordinating Supply Chain Division Activities based on Sales/Production budget.
• Coordinating with the marketing department the potential new contracts and its due date to check with the procurement the availability of the raw material required for the production according to the MRD.
• Stabilizing Production & Stock Volume to ensure that the minimum safety stock level is not affected by Sales fluctuations and the shipments arriving delays.

• Preparing weekly report about all functions finished of the purchasing orders and what is the reasons of stopping some purchasing orders
• Also the responsible of the delivery of all goods and all things regarding this to the farms of the company and handle all its problems till it's arriving to the farms.
• Responsible of following all the orders of payments and also all the requests of purchasing and following up its approval status.
