Significant years of experience in design review and approval of instrumentation and control from FEED, Pre -engineering,
detailed engineering, IFC for the onshore oil & gas projects.
• Act as client representative on site for the instrumentation package project.
• Ensure that the design comply with the quality and standard requirements as per client's specification.
• Provide review and inputs to resolve the technical issue and change orders by the contractor.
• Conduct routine meetings with I&C team to monitor the project performance and assess their performance.
• Support to prepare an estimate of required man hours along with supporting documentation for I&C activities and/or any change orders.
• Coordinate, review and consolidate all I&C review comments.
• Active participation in the various design reviews, workshops (HAZOP, CHAZOP, SIL, 3D modeling, etc.) and optimization studies.
Preparation of project documents like scope of work, loop folders, manpower and equipment deployment.
• Manpower, materials, equipment & required tools planning.
• Distributing the work for detail engineering, collecting, checking & submitting them for client approval.
• Interacting with company engineers, supervisors and submit daily reports and provide technical assistance.
• Ensuring safety equipment and personal and fill in maintenance in conformity with the safety practices, rules and regulations & like.
• Assisting the company representative and ensures activities are performed in time and according to industry standards
Review of instrumentation & control documents, P&ID's, equipment designs and packages for process control systems,
ESD system, control schematics, instrumentation wiring diagram, PLC control panel design and Instrument loop diagrams.
• Preventive maintenance and calibration of field instruments like transmitters, control valves...
• P&ID review, troubleshooting and problem fixing.
• Checking of various instrumentation related construction drawing/ documents.
• Study of design drawing and the specifications, to be familiar with the system of the site conditions and preparing the drawings with
preliminary inspection of the installation carried out in the site and suggest for changes if required as per site condition.
• Supervising the erection, construction, and commissioning activities.
• To ensure the technical quality/ quality control of documents as per quality management system.
• Preparation of technical documentation & technical discussions and document approval from client.
• Knowledge of following project phases such as planning, documentation, implementation, system integration, testing, QA/QC etc. ...
• Coordination with design, planning, procurement, inspection, and erection activities.
• Participate in the clarification meetings with concerned project engineer, vendor, and contractors to ensure compliance with t
technical issues and requirements and provide technical evaluation, appraisal reports and coordination issues
