-Supervise construction work (curtain walls, ventilated stone facade, interior finishes).
-Control the conformity of the work with the requirements.
-Resolving problems and issues that arise during construction.
-Validating work situations and financial monitoring of the operation.
-Manage and control work performed by subcontractors.
-Attends site meetings with the client, contractors, subcontractors and/or suppliers.
Projects: - The Great mosque of Algeria (algiers)
-Conceptualize and design Towers, pavilions and townhouses.
-Check the correspondence of the different plans (civil engineering, mechanical, plumbing, electrical drawings) with architectural plans.
-Check shop drawings for construction.
-Coordinate with contractors.
-Draw 3D of towers (elevations + volumetric).
Projects:
-Pointe-Nord, towers and townhouses, condos and lofts, located on Île-des-Sœurs in downtown Montreal
-Conceptualize and design buildings.
-Check the correspondence of the different plans (civil engineering, mechanical, plumbing, electrical drawings) with architectural plans.
-Coordinate with contractors.
-Meet and understand client requirements.
-Establish the preferences of customers for the design of their villa.
-Prepare sketches, plans, elevations, master plan.
-Obtaining Project Approval.
-Ensure the respect of building codes and municipal rules.
-Define space and implementation requirements and other technical reports.
-Supervise construction and coordinate with contractor.
-Make sketches for the competitions.
-Approve the different stages of the projects (sketch, preliminary design, and execution).
-Coordinate with site engineers.
-Controlling a project from start to finish.
