OPERATION MAINTENANCE MANAGER

• Manage all maintenance activities, including short and long term.
• Develop and manage a high performing maintenance team.
• Scheduling of personnel, including shifts and rotations, to maintain acceptable levels of service at all times, including support for short-notice projects
• With aid of the CMMS (computerized maintenance management system), define and establish required frequencies of maintenance and service necessary to maintain optimum equipment performance
•Ensure that safety procedures and practices are adhered to by all maintenance staff, vendors, suppliers, service providers, contractors and any other persons involved in maintenance operations
• Participates in future planning and develops 5 years plans
• Follows up on performance metrics with the CMMS system; tracking, analyzing and reporting of quality, safety, cost, and customer satisfaction. Implements corrective action plans to create positive change
•Using various computer applications including Microsoft Office and computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS)
• analyze and assess site operations, assets and current preventative maintenance practices to ensure a complete and reliable PM program is accurately reflected in the CMMS system
• Lead by example, ensure Manager/Supervisor roles include creating, fostering and encouraging a true safety culture
• Prepare budget and Drive budget management to lowest level
•Plan the Preventive Maintenance tasks, including Yearly Shutdowns and
Equipment Overhaul /Upgrading for all field equipment and strategic equipment as Gas Turbine and Centrifugal compressors, etc, ..
• Inspect, monitor and supervise all mechanical/instrumentation/electrical/offsite/method/Shutdown activities of Field.
• Participate as required in the planning of major maintenance and plant shutdowns, Assist Maintenance Planning Group with the identification of shutdown jobs.
• Works in accordance with Company/Departmental work Procedures and
standing Instructions.
• have extensive knowledge of scheduling of Maintenance activities associated with the Plants.
