- Improve the OEE of all machines.
- Implement production plans according to the annual operating plan.
- Follow up production process.
- Management and cost saving of material.
- Identify areas for improvement in production processes to increase efficiency, reduce waste, and optimize cycle times.
- Expedite the raw materials request, flow between production and warehouses and keep the raw materials trace ability to Maintains adequate inventories of packaging materials.
- Meet with QC to discuss and decrease all quality defects which lead to more cost or customer complaint and minimize product reliability (Deviation, rework, defected products…)
- Applying GMP.
