Job Responsibility
• Review project plans, blueprints, specifications, and other relevant documents to understand the scope and requirements of a project.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, architects, and other stakeholders to gather essential information.
• Responsible for accurately estimating the costs of construction projects at various stages, from initial feasibility studies to detailed cost plans.
• Prepare comprehensive bills of quantities (BOQs) and cost reports. A BOQ itemizes all the materials, labor, and other resources required for a project, allowing for precise cost calculations.
• Assist in the tendering process, helping to evaluate bids from contractors and subcontractors, and providing input on selecting the most cost-effective options.
• Administer construction contracts, including managing variations and claims, ensuring that all parties adhere to contractual obligations, and resolving disputes when necessary.
• Monitor project costs throughout its lifecycle, comparing actual costs to budgeted costs and analyzing any variances.
• Explore ways to optimize project costs without compromising quality, often through value engineering exercises.
• Involved in quality assurance processes, ensuring that construction work meets the required standards and specifications.
• Designation : Post Contract Quantity Surveyor/ Site Engineer
Job Responsibility
• Reviewing construction plans and preparing quantity requirements.
• Scrutinizing maintenance and material costs, as well as contracts to ensure the best deals.
• Liaising with site managers, clients, contractors, and subcontractors.
• Preparing reports, analyses, contracts, budgets, risk assessment, and other documents.
• Advising managers and clients on improvements and new strategies.
• Keeping track of materials and ordering more when required.
• Documenting any changes in design and updating budgets.
• Establishing and maintaining professional relationships with external and internal stakeholders.
• Traveling from the office to various sites as required.

• Designation : Civil Site Engineer / Post Contract Quantity Surveyor
Job Responsibility
• Site inspection for civil construction work and ensure that the work is as per the project specification and issued for construction drawings/final approved drawings from authorities.
• Report to the project manager.
• Manage communication between all parties involved in the development, where appropriate.
• Ensuring that all the materials used and work performed as per specifications.
• Day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labor force and the work of any sub-constructors.
• Work within multinational teams.
• Ensure site complies with guidelines of health and safety and security.
• Liaise with main and sub-contractors to ensure smooth completion of tasks and adherence to site regulations.
• Quality Control of work done at site.
• Act as the main technical advisor on site for subcontractors, craftspeople, and operatives.
• Checking the level of foundation from ground using Dumpy level survey instrument.
• Designation : Civil Site Engineer
