• Directing and coordinating the department overall activities.
• Identifying the company needs of funds on the short and long term.
• Preparing all reports and financial analysis requested on spot basis by management: margins, product mix…
• Coordinating the relationship with tax advisors for preparing the necessary samples and analysis for the tax inspection and acting as the contact person for them.
• Liaising with external advisors for General Assembly preparation and registration. Provide them with the necessary legal documents.
• Planning, developing and executing costing system along with their controls (CNG filling cycle, Aviation stock cycle)
• Participating in preparing the final and actual results reports, as well as assisting the external auditors by preparing the year end financial statements and any required breakdown.
• Following up all customers accounts (invoices, payment and allocation).
• Supervising other colleagues’ accounting tasks: trains, advises, and orientates. Proposes new tasks assignment and organizational changes to FM.
• Member of the task force responsible for SAP Systems as a key user (PP/FI) from may 2009 till may 2010
• Generates the Sales Tax report for Lubricant products monthly.
• Responsible for refund of the Sales Tax for export Lubricant products yearly.
• Coordinating the relationship with tax advisors for preparing the necessary samples and analysis for
• the tax inspection and acting as the contact person for them.
• Follows up quarterly tax return regarding Withholding tax collected from third parties .
