• Responsible for providing competitive solutions for providing data services to Enterprise customers in different sectors (Oil and Gas, Petroleum, IT and Telecom, Industrial, Tourism, Financial, Insurance)
• Able to Configure MPLS VPN L2 & L3 on PE.
• Handling with different Routers Hardware Platforms (CISCO ISR, ASR, & Juniper M, and MX & T Series, SRX, cisco switches).
• Supporting leased lines & MPLS VPN issues of Enterprise Customers.
• Able to configure Pre-WIMAX links for a lot of vendors (SYSTEL, Next-Gen, E-Connect).
• Our team is the area owner of the Data centers &the core sites of Etisalat EG and responsible Auditing on third party integrators.
• Provide onsite support for all Ericsson front/back office operational teams including IPBB networks& security, and Core, BSS/RAN, PS and transmission.
• Perform hardware & software acceptance for new nodes.
• Troubleshooting physical FM problems that include (optical links, electrical links, down server.
• Responsible for handling Technical ADSL issues related to home users.
