I'm working in international Group for industry and commerce as sales supervisor in Modern trade in Dubai city to handle, union co-op - Emirates co-op - Lulu Group - Aswaaq - other small Group customers like shaklan Group, Istanbul Group, Al Maya Group, I'm handling a team of 4 merchandisers to follow up with them the monthly / weekly / Daily target & checking their route plan coverage & following up the Distribution in each & every outlets by company system & visiting the market, following up for collection.

1- Selling the required volume of monthly target by dividing the monthly target on 30 days to equal the daily target.

2-offering good prices for the high consumption customers after discussing with the channel development manager.

3-making a good & strong relationships with the customers to be able to solve any problems.

4-quick response to the customers for further enquiries.

5-Collection on time.

6-Extend The business base by opening new clients prefer the high consumption customers such as hotels, Group customers, wholesalers companies.

7- Always planning to arrange meetings with potential customers to prospect new business or add new categories lines for the existing customers.

8.acting as a contact between a company and its existing and potential markets.

9.recording sales and order information and sending copies to the sales office, or entering figures into a computer system.

10.reviewing the own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets.

11.gaining a clear understanding of customers businesses and requirements.

I started the career at 2008 as a merchandiser ( then I promoted to sales executive ) with federal foods company who's the market leader of frozen chicken as they are the main and official supplier of sadia brand and some other foodstuff agencies such as Pinar & halwani brothers & other agencies in UAE, as Sadia is the first quality product in Global market for the frozen whole poultry.
