1 -Auditing with customers by reviewing the balance sheet and increased its customer and all
transactions made at its expense, adjustments and additions, deposits, Collections, cash and
cheques and preparing the final balance statement and meeting it with the books and accounts
of the customer .
2 - Closure of the month and the annual accounts, the deportation and reviewing the opening
balances of the branches
3 - Introduction of bills customers on the computer and reviewing restrictions Journal and daily
entries.
4- Preparing reports and analyses of the monthly results and the development of indicators of the
results achieved and to show deviations and deficiencies.
5- Monthly audit for representatives
6- Following-up documentary cycle to customers and stores.
7- Physical inventory of stores and matching physical inventory balance and book stores to show
Balance.
8- Following the movement of items sold and the existing stock market and the rate of spin and the
reasons for the high and low sales.
9- Analysis of debt futures to customers and the reconstruction of the debt, the extended
repayment and the collection rate.
10- Applying the pricing policies and the periodical audit to apply the decisions on all the branches
