• Responsibilities:-
1) Responsible for checking accuracy of all accountant entries.
2) Develop and prepare the annual budget with the assistance of the accounting staff and other concerned departments.
3) Responsible for dealing with all governmental authorities regarding tax....etc.
4) Dealing with banks and maintain professional banking relationships.
5) Budgeting and cash flow Management.
6) Prepare all financial reports and ensuring accuracy of information to Top Management.
7) Control all receivable & payables.
8) Holding all accounts books and controlling documents.
9) Supervise the accounting department’s daily activity and all its functions including accounts payable, accounts receivables, general journal entries and financial reporting
10) Evaluate and assess the performance of the accounting staff to ensure all duties are completed effectively and efficiently.
11) Ensures proper recording of all company transactions.
12) Supervises monthly and end-of-year closing.
13) Ensures maintenance of the computerized accounting system and chart of accounts
14) Applying adequate backup and control procedures
15) Monitors the applied accounting system and recommends new and/or revised policies and procedures
16) Knowledge of an integrated financial system
17) Knowledge of projects accounting financial system
18) Develop monthly reporting suite (including both financial analysis & business performance)
19) Reporting pack to include executive summary
20) Design & implement internal controls, annual audit process to ensure audits and financial statements for all entities are completed in due time
