Liaise customer technical requirements and provide needed NIP & MOP, point of contact to customer escalations and maintain customer services level, conduct provided solutions tests, deployments and optimization in terms of best practices and SLA, liaise customer opened cases with TAC in case needed, Review and coordinate customer HLD/LLD changes regularly, review and examine customer network requirements in order to refine the network architecture and implementations in accordance with best practices and satisfy customer agreed services level.
Participates as needed in pre-sales and delivery of technical architectural design, strategies and solutions as a
consulting services. Assists in the creation of RFP/RFI responses and proposals that address current and evolving client
requirements.
Leads new offer development and delivery of Enterprise ( Routing, Switching & WLAN ), Datacenter and SD-Access
solutions, Develop statement of work (SoW) and professional service estimate (PSE) that translates customer
requirements of project implementation.
Individual Network Consulting working on projects bids, review HLD, project roadmap and prepared NIP also provide professional services includes network implementation, support, technical project management, Liaise with vendors for any escalated incidents or devices malfunction, reporting migration steps and coordinate with any internal or external teams.
Working inline with Vendor advanced services & TAC for opened cases or network changes.
Projects :

o Migrate total of 43 Aggregators from 7609 to ASR9922 in a plan for 8 months in MPLS Consolidation Project.
• Aggregators and Core Edge Logical link bundling with tens of Gbps or 100Gbps, LFA Introduction, TE-FRR modification.
• Aggregators configuration cleanup and end-2-end service verification for both L3 and L2 and internet Services.
o DR Data-center Migration, Network upgrade & ACI Deployment in Bahrain - Manama
• Migrate Services from OOS Network devices also build Green filed DR Data-center in accordance with proposed design and configure network devices (ASR1k, ISR4551, ISR4331, C9500, C9300, APIC Server-M2, N9k Spine and N9K leaf switches)
• Create Physical Layout, LLD and NIP also perform needed failover scenarios between main DC and DR.
Responsibilities :

~ Provide expert Technical Consultation to pre-sales, and project managers to validate, and review the technical design of new services sold to the designated customer.
~ Review HLD /LLD that advised by Consultation team and Provide technical validations and provide technical proposal and justification for better services performance, smooth deployments & easiest in troubleshooting.
~ Implementing customer VPN solutions over Orange MPLS network (Any-to-any/Any-to-one VPNs, Load balancing, Network to Network Gateways, Internet gateways, Quality of service, Redistribution, Backup solutions).
~ Implementing customer LAN solutions (Core/distribution/access switches, Wireless LAN access points,
Wireless LAN controllers, Riverbed Network optimization devices).
~ Meet targets set by the management with regards, but not limited to Customer Satisfaction, and quality
Of implementation.
~ Provide level 4 support for network incidents.
~ Acts as a direct point of contact for the designated customer for technical aspects regarding the VPN.
~ Acts as the escalation point for the customer in case of major operational incidents.
~Provide quarterly audits, and end to end testing for new services.

1- Services Offload over the Internet:
This Project subjected to 70 Main Sites \[Customer Regional HQ around the world \] to offload some services/applications traffic to be via internet and that includes :
o WAN/MAN/LAN Redesign and changing routing policy on CEs, MAN Routers also on Core, DS Switches \[3750X, 4500, 3560, 6506, 28xx, 29xx, 18xx, 19xx\].
o Deploy new routing policies per application depending on new QOS Marking mechanism, Configure \[PBR/BGP\] on different Devices \[1941, 29xx, 881, ASR1k\] CEs and Offload CEs.
o Implementation of Different Tunneling solution \[MPVPN/IPSEC/GRE\].
o Implementation includes configuration of Offload HUB to assure Any-to-Any Setup for MPLS traffic & deploy Active/Standby and Active/Active Model between \[MAN/WAN/Satellite\]
2- Qos New Policy Roll out :
This project to change QOS policy over 300 site around the world including Factories/Buildings/DC and that implemented done over 6000 Devices \[Routers, Switches\] different models in 6 months :
o Using UNIX defined Scripts to change QOS Matching Criteria to be on DSCP not COS.
o Pre-defined Scripts per devices type to assure proper Queuing and DSCP-COS mapping Values.
o Changing some application with new DSCP Values.
o Remove WRED, Change BC & BE on some PE devices also to align with new Services that will provide burst traffic.
3- Riverbed Roll out \[ ANA V3.0\] :
This project to deploy new Riverbed devices \[CX-77x-M/A\] and migrate old ones with new devices or upgrade Rios to latest recommended version, Project deployed on 200 Sites on all regions that includes :
o LAN Redesign and New IP addressing scheme.
o Change Network from Flat topology to hierarchal topology for Medium and large scale.
o Modify DC traffic policies in main Regional DC and Hub Sites.
4- MIS Project \[Network Expansions and Migrations\]:
The project to migrate all old devices of all customer's sites include Factories/Buildings/Sales Office/DC/DR for more than 400 sites, including Routers/Switches/Wireless AP and WLC \[more than 8000 devices\]
This Project targeted also to Expand WAN Circuits, Internet Bandwidth & LAN Capabilities (LAN Network, Deploy more services and applications "WIPT, VOIP, IGAW, etc.").
**Managing & Operating Vodafone CPN (IP/MPLS) Backbone Network **
Last line support for Network/Services incidents through performing advanced analyses and diagnoses on complex networking symptom during troubleshooting.
Perform Proactive health check for Vodafone services and connections over CPN.
Escalating relevant Critical incidents to TAC/HTTS and JTAC and ensuring adequate follow up on problems to ensure resolution within SLAs.
Involved in HLD, LLD, assessing, Defining, reviewing and implementing the right network architectures in accordance with business needs and industry best practices.
Network Configuration & Changes validation and implementing changes in accordance with minimized service impact and network affection.
Review Customer networks design and resiliency to ensure network performance and availability.
