The focus of this role is to Securing and Assessing the OPERATIONAL TECHNOLOGY Environments (OTE) over 11 integrated Plants in addition to Design, development, testing, commissioning and maintenance of DCS (Distributed Control System), MES/PCS (Manufacturing Execution / Process Control Systems) for the steel industry over 11 integrated Steel Plants, Administrate, Manage and monitoring all the activities of the total of 12 Oracle Data bases and the industrial Network engineering and instruments maintenance to achieve highest performance and availability of the production operations with minimal yield.

Main Responsibilities :
• Maintenance Planning and execution for Corrective Maintenance, Preventive Maintenance and condition-based maintenance and minimize unscheduled breakdown/delay for Control & Automation systems over 11 Steel Plants.

• Trouble shooting during plant breakdown & Root Cause Analysis for repeated Automation problems and major Instruments failures and take necessary corrective actions for all over 11 Steel Plants.

• Preparation and Control of OPEX (Operating and Maintenance expenses) and CAPEX (Capital Expenses) budgets related to the Control & Automation Section over all Plants.

• NESA (National Electronic Security Authority is a federal authority responsible for the advancement of cybersecurity) Compliance lead Team member in Emirates Steel for the Whole OT (operation technology) part of the 11 steel plants.

• Integrate all the necessary Controls recommended by NESA in OT (Operation Technology) side to achieve the highest Secured and protected environment.

• Design, Analysis and maintenance of the whole industrial part of Domain users and production Servers \[HW & SW\] over 11 Steel Plants.

• Operational industrial Network devices engineering and maintenance to achieve highest performance and availability of the production operations.

• Design, Analysis and maintenance of the whole ERP system \[SAP\] communication interfaces with the operation and maintenance Process .

•Design, Development, Analysis and maintenance of Dedicated ERP System \[PSI\] for production process planning and optimization.

• Lead the projects as dictated by business need and the OT project prioritization process.

• Leading the innovation team for Designing and implementation of industry 4.0 in Manufacturing Production Process of Steel industry.

• Leading the inhouse design, development and implementation of Digitalization process for the existing obsoleted Control & Automation Systems.

• Team member of the BCM \[ Business Continuities Management\] for designing and implementation of Disaster Recovery Plan for Automation Systems over 11 separates plants.

• Assist in mentoring and developing UAE National trainee / Employees to prepare them ready for acquiring target positions in line with the company policies for Emiratization Plan.

• PLC Siemens S7, HMI, WinCC Programming, Development and Maintenance over Steel Making Plants and Rolling Mills plus All Auxiliary Plants \[ water treatment plants, power Substation\].

• SCADA Development and maintenance for rolling mills, Heavy Section Mill and Steel Making Plants plus All Auxiliary Plants \[ water treatment plants, power Substation\].

• Design and programming the OT \[ Operation Technology\] software applications written in C++, C#, Delphi, ASP.net, SQL, PL/SQL and others to keep the production smoothly running and achieving the best Yield and highest performance and availability.

• Oracle Database system Administrator, monitoring and optimization, security administration, data analysis, back-up and recovery related to the Operation Process consisting of 12 Oracle DBs.

 Responsible for the maintenance and troubleshooting of Down Hole Tools
 Responsible for the maintenance and troubleshooting of MWD Tools.
(Power pulse, slim pulse and Impulse) in MWD Team
 Maintenance and troubleshooting of Direction and inclination, Gamma ray and resistivity measurements tools
 Performing D&I Calibration for MWD Tools
 MWD Level 1 and 2 certified by Schlumberger
 LWD Tools Principals and operations
 Trained and certified by Schlumberger as Level 3 Maintenance Tech.
 Failure investigation and troubleshooting for MWD Down hole Tools.
 Schlumberger Mussafah OFS Base Environment Champion
 Schlumberger Mussafah OFS Base Environment Team Leader
 Level 2 certified by Schlumberger Middle East.

 Handle all sales & service queries independently.
 Attending all service calls for ESAB Welding & Cutting products.
 Technical Customer support for Welding & Cutting Equipment.
 Installation & startup of new Welding & Cutting Equipment.
 Maintenance and repair for ESAB Welding & Cutting Equipment.
 Instructor for Cutting software Programs (Columbus Software)
 Install, Operate and make maintenance of all Welding and Cutting
Equipment produced by ESAB.
 Making the quotations as per customer need for supplying new
Equipment And spare parts.
 Coordinate with other section in order to improve our product quality.
