QATARGAS, QATALUM (QATAR ALUMINIUM LIMITED ), COMMUNITY VILLA As a senior HVAC Technician My core responsibilities include:
• Handling of AHU, FAHU, FCU, CFU& Extract Fan etc.
• Handling & Monitoring Chiller unit zamil chiller .
• Handling of Split Unit, Window Unit, Duct - Abel, Cassette & Package Unit
• Testing & commissioning, Trouble shooting of AC & HVAC System in the plant.
• Installing, maintaining, and repairing HVAC equipment, inducing ordering the necessary parts, when needed
• Making rounds of equipment to ensure all auxiliary components are operable and in good condition
• Repairing & Maintenance of Electrical Panel & Control Panel, Timers etc
• Maintaining and repairing industrial HVAC System.
• Ability to inter put schematics and wiring diagram .
• Eliminate breakdown maintaining by plant availability .
• Consulting with customer on their HVAC needed
• Handling of AHU, FAHU, FCU, CFU& Extract Fan etc.
• Handling & Monitoring Chiller unit zamil chiller 3 duty 1 standby .
• Handling of Split Unit, Window Unit, Duct - Abel, Cassette & Package Unit
• Handling and monitoring ACCU (Air Cooled Condenser Unit ) & AHU etc
• Installing, maintaining, and repairing HVAC equipment, inducing ordering the necessary parts, when needed
• Making rounds of equipment to ensure all auxiliary components are operable and in good condition
• Repairing & Maintenance of Electrical Panel & Control Panel, Timers etc
• Handling of AHU, FAHU, FCU, CFU, & Extract Fan etc.
• Handling of Split Unit, Window Unit, Duct - Abel, Cassette & Package Unit
• Installing new heating, ventilation, and cooling systems
• Repairing & Maintenance of Electrical Panel & Control Panel, Timers etc
• Troubleshooting HVAC systems, ordering new parts, and completing repairs.
• Handling of AHU, FAHU, FCU, CFU, & Extract Fan etc.
• Handling & Monitoring Chiller Plant - Trane (3 Duty and 1 Stand by )
• Handling of Split Unit, Window Unit, Duct - Abel, Cassette & Package Unit
• Installing new heating, ventilation, and cooling system
• Repairing & Maintenance of Electrical Panel & Control Panel, Timers etc
• Troubleshooting HVAC systems, ordering new parts, and completing repairs.
• Traveling to customer homes on a daily basis, visiting 2-4 hour work sites per day
• Consulting with customer on their HVAC needs
• Installing new heating, ventilation, and cooling systems
• Maintaining accurate inventory of all equipment and parts
• Inspecting HVAC systems for effectiveness and safety
• Contacting performance tests on current HVAC systems
• Keeping the technician informed of schedules and client meeting on a daily basis
• Selling maintenance contracts to customer
,Macro ( ITI ) MRAC (Mechanical Refrigeration Air Conditioning & central plant )
