o Responsible for the maintenance, design, installation and support of the corporate IT infrastructure WAN/LAN in Saudi.

o Achieved a Green rating in the Computer Operations process in Lilly Internal audit.

o Regional assignment, leading Lotus Notes to outlook migration and OCM plan for Lilly
TMEA-CIS affiliates (Saudi, Gulf, Levant, NWA, Turkey and Russia).

o Office renovation in couples of Saudi sites with latest technologies e.g (IP telephony, video conference. etc…).

o Contributing in implementing Lilly regional service desk centres.

o Setting up a reliable video conference facility in Jeddah, Riyadh and damman with reference to T&E expenses to get the business endorsement to fund the project.
