o Leading and managing Lilly Saudi OCM Plan for Sales Force CRM (Veeva) implementation.
o Contributing in the implementation of Finance SAP System and GSD centre.
o Responsible for the maintenance, design, installation and support of the corporate IT infrastructure WAN/LAN in Saudi.
o Manage support staff and manage Lilly outsourcing service (4 Non Headcount)

o Office renovation in couples of Saudi sites with latest technologies e.g (IP telephony, video conference. etc…).
o Contributing in implementing Lilly regional service desk centres.
Infrastructure Role:
o Design, implement and manage the LAN & WAN and implement multiservice network to support data, voice and video traffic.
o Install and configure wireless connectivity - using Cisco Aironet AP meanwhile hardening authentication method using IEEE 802.1x.
o Installing and configuring Packeteer 6500, 1400 series to manage and optimize WAN application performance.
o Planning Backup strategy and implementing Backup solution using VERITAS tool.
Achievements:
o Starting up the Infrastructure in Saudi where that was acting as the corner stone for building a rigorous and strong IT in Saudi to cope with the growing market at that time.
o Setting up a reliable video conference facility in Jeddah, Riyadh and damman with reference to T&E expenses to get the business endorsement to fund the project.
