• Serving and Handling corporate clients travel requests calls and emails in a prompt manner in line with company standards and attend to corporate customer queries and complaints in a timely and quality fashion.
• Perform Pre-flight Checks, send VIP/CIP messages as required, and action queues both Airline and system as assigned.
• Organizing conferences, meetings and ground arrangements for VIP corporate travelers and ensure all travel; seating; meal preferences and special requests are met and updated successfully.
• Acting supervisor when no supervisor is on floor and supporting all clients during out of office hours.
• Keeping regular contacts with clients key contact person through phone calls and e-mails to update them on new products and services and working towards constant improved working relationships.

• Serving Regular and walk-in clients in all travel aspects from flight reservations and ticketing, hotel bookings, ground transportation as well as all inclusive family and group vacations and honey moon packages.
• Converting maximum number of enquiries into ticketed sales, through efficient and friendly customer service
• Keeping customers Updated about mandatory requirements with regards to passport, visa, health and insurance Requirements.
• Surpass a call quality target on a weekly and monthly basis.

• Handling Walk-in Passengers and non IATA Travel Agents in issuing tickets.
• Attending phone enquiries from customers and other travel agents.

• Maintain and develop business relationships with existing customers through regular visits.
• Identify and visit new potential customers to promote opportunities for further business.
• Negotiate variations in price, delivery and any specific request in accordance with established guidelines and budget parameters.
• Act as the entry point of contact for any client requests or complaints.
• Submit client requests for credit facilities to manager for approval within established guidelines.
• Follow all relevant operational procedures and instructions so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.
