• Responsible for duct fabrication workshop
• Responsible for Galvanized coils for duct fabrication
• Responsible to conduct regular material stock analysis, mini-max order point, identifying fast and non-moving materials.
• Maintain and update materials documents/transactions including out-sourcing details from other KN Branches both Kuwait and UAE (availability and stock status).
• Responsible to give material advice and updated stock position and analysis.
• Responsible to Supervise Site’s Store Personnel in conducting daily routine activities.
• Responsible and duty to issue requested items with approved Material Request Slip (MRS) based on availability of item ordered.
• Responsible in controlling documents and monitoring of Company assets and equipments records/status.
• Responsible in encoding/compiling daily consumed fuel, maintenance materials.
• Responsible to maintain control of reference documents and records.
• Responsible to monitor all equipments under idle, for repair and operational including periodic preventive maintenance cycle schedules.

• Responsible to properly input daily Stores transactions accurately and well encoded thru networking systems (ERP/Oracle)

•Maintained store facilities to ensure smooth functioning - Made arrangements and placed orders for new stock and supplies whenever necessary.
•Responsible for upkeep of various appropriate records of materials received.
•Received deliveries of new equipment and ensured that all the supplies were in proper order - Stored the supplies and items received in their designated place to avoid time wasted searching for items and general confusion.
•Issued supplies as per the demand of the projects.
•Reported to project manager on a regular basis regarding the need/demand of items so that the future orders could be placed accordingly.
•Monitored the functioning of store equipment and reported problems and failures to the supervisor.
