levels of products through effective implementation of FSSC 22000 v.5, ISO 9001:2015,
document control, HACCP review, GMP auditing, Good hygiene practice follow up,
supplier selection & approval, pest control assessment and internal auditing.
* Leads the company certification and approval process by the Egyptian Food Safety
Authority integrated quality management system, ISO 17025 &Halal certification.
* Identifies and defines projects to reduce factory waste.
* Promotes quality awareness and ownership across the whole factory
* Monitors performance by gathering relevant data and producing monthly reports.
* Identifying relevant quality-related training needs and delivering training.
* Ensures compliance to all regulatory requirements.
* Identifies and defines corrective actions to reduce consumer complaints.
* Coaches and mentors team members.
* Continuous improvement of the plant by conducting internal audits and taking
appropriate corrective actions with the relevant departments to reduce waste,

* Follow up all requirements of BRC standard to verify our product quality & safety.
* Conduct a food safety audits according to critical areas.
