• Complete project phase for the plant including commissioning and start up for all electrical panels and equipments, …etc.
• Make preventive maintenance schedules and follow up its execution.
• Follow up for all breakdowns and corrective maintenance, and ensuring not repeating, by defining root-cause analysis and counter measures through DMAIC method.
• Applying all TPM standards in all work activities, to ensure continuous improvement through Jishu Hozien, Kaizens, One point lessons, ..etc.
• Lead Energy saving team, with a target of decrease all non- process energy consumption by 10%.
• Work on ISO 9001:2008 & GMP ISO22716 certifications.
• Prepare all related reports, to be presented monthly, quarterly and annually to the top management and board of directors.
• Start to play the role of TPM coordinator.
• Responsible for all maintenance activities during the shift (Electrical, Instruments, Control, and Mechanical) and leading the shift maintenance team which is consists of (1Shift Engineer + 1Electrician + 1Mechanic).
• Backup production shift supervisor, to maintain stable production process throughout leading the operators production team.
