- Preparing periodical industry, Macro-Economic, and competitor analysis, including detailed analysis of peers' data and conducting ad-hoc research. For the Head of Strategy to support management in their decision.
- Prepare initial drafts that support the formulation of the five-year strategy document and draft write-ups for board memos and presentations about strategic initiatives & projects.
- Supporting strategy development projects across NBKE for the 2020-2026 strategy.
- Prepare alternative scenarios that measure the potential impact on NBKE, including capital requirements. In addition to analyzing gathered data to assess the viability of the proposed opportunity through developing relevant financial models and Economic Forecast using relevant FSA, Valuation & financial modeling techniques.
- Update and enhance the NBKE financial model to support the strategy process and LOB Heads in their decision
- Assisting the Head of Strategy in all the reporting requirements related to the transformation process
- Maintaining an updated database of all industry and macro-economic indicators.
