Job description:
1.Preparing & submitting SAT procedures documents for client & consultant approval.
2.Installing, testing traffic & power control point scada servers, HMI workstations software & historian databases (OS, Raid configuration, S2kconfig, S8000 OPC, client builder HMI, VNC, SQL), SNTP time synchronization and establishing connection to the msn.
3.Testing & Commissioning of RTUs equipped with siemens microbox and installing simatic drivers for the OPC DA & UA, Modbus TCP/IP connection and configuring the I/O mapping according to the Modbus function code.
4.Checking remote monitor & control signals according to technical drawings & electrical schematic drawings.
5.Testing of workstations, RTU, RIO module, rectifier station AC & DC power equipment & LPS S7-300 PLCs with colas, HVS equipment with siemens, electromechanical & firefighting equipment, signaling equipment, interlocking system, and toll & telecom signals with Thales according to the approved interface documents.
6.Troubleshooting RTU Modbus, OPC communication protocols using automation programs (kepware, Modbus poll) & network connection services (Putty & Telnet).
7.Testing & commissioning of Emergency Cutting Off traction power system.
8.Performing static and dynamic SAT with several partners (ASCV & ATC teams, client, consultant and operator).
9.Continuous updating of server & workstation software with new software releases sent by the offshore team via FTP and providing an elaborate test report for each release.
10.Preparation of T&C snag list and creating a CR for each comment.
Job achievements:
•Performed T&C activities for Phase 4 containing 8 metro stations & 2 High voltage stations (Areva & Siemens Sicam PAS).
•Managed to establish a method for programming several RTUs by several PCs to facilitate the rate of work.
Quality & Testing engineer (11/2017 to 8/2019)
Job description:
1. Performing site readiness check for installation and T&C activities (4M).
2. Promoting project team awareness about Alstom process and ensuring full adherence.
3. Maintaining supplier quality by conducting internal & external supplier audit.
4. Revising Design & shop drawings against client`s specs & contract and RFP.
5. Performing site inspections to check compliance of undergoing activities according to the approved drawings, method of statement, calibrated tools log & test procedures and that checklists & test reports are filled in correctly.

14. Implementation of QCP & ITP according to the process flow chart.
15. Creating facilitating tools using HTML & Java script.
16. Preparation of project quality file, single list of issues, Cost of Non-quality & Return of Experience project files.
17. Preparation of the project punch list consolidated with person in charge & closing action with the estimated dates from the onshore &offshore core team and issuing monthly KPI.

• Site preparation for ISO 9001, 14001 & CMMI AFNOR audit resulting in 1 strong point for quality department.
• Successfully managed phase 2 cable drums issue, from the required tests to the full incident report to obtain the client`s approval for utilizing old stored cables, and the full report is approved from the first submittal.
