DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Daily updates for raised WRs and issued & processed WRS to be checked inCAFM and updated.
• Follow up for Materials requested by the Site Team.
• Follow up for Closing WRS with the Site Team.
• Updates for housekeeping points weekly wise.
• Preparing RFE with allsupporting documents.
• Follow up for the approved RFEs daily Petty cash tracking andtimely
submission.
• Check the PPMs- Monthly, Quarterly, Semi-Annual, and Annual in eachmonth to
avoid any.
• Follow up on the approved RFEs daily.
• Update RFE and MR tracker.
• Receiving PPMs from the CFAM team, attach the checklist from the CAFMand
segregate and
• Closing of PPMs before the end of All months
• Closing of CM within the TDs, for that follow up with t h e team for the
approved WRs.
• Drawing and 0 & M manual documentation.
• Prepare Consumables and spare parts list.
• Check properly for RFE documents and closing documents.
• Proper documentation of all completed PPMs and CM.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Ability to perform construction take-offs, estimate man-hours for your discipline of expertise
(Primarily Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, or Instrumentation), schedule work using Excel, or
other scheduling tools, solicit and evaluate Contractor quotes, and work closely with other
seniors in their discipline field in compiling a complete project estimate.
• Prepare cost estimates for material, machines, fabrication, inspection, coating, assembly,
testing, and related operations for new tendering Contracts.
• Generate, maintain, and update cost data.
• Perform other related duties as assigned or indicated by SeniorManagement.
• Support the preparation of Cost Estimates on facilities modification projects.
• Preparation of the initial Contract Estimate as a basis for Cost Control.
• Prepare estimates for Management reviews and approvals.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Reviews and tracks material submittals required for architectural Definable.
Features of Work prior to Preparatory Meetings.
• Works with t h e Project Controls Team on schedule updates as relates toinspections and
submittal approvals tracked on the schedule.
• Conducts Preparatory Meetings with Subcontractors related toarchitectural Definable
Features of Work.
• Inspects incoming material deliveries by confirming specifications and compliance with approved
submittals, conducts visual and measurement tests in conjunction with the onsite logistics team.
• Rejects and facilitates the return of unacceptable materials.
• Approves in-process production by confirming specifications, conductingvisual / measurement tests,
and communicating required adjustments to the production supervisor.
• Approves finished products by confirming adherence to specifications, conducting visual /
measurement tests, returning products for re-work, andconfirming re-work.
• Documents inspection results by completing reports and logs including documentation of re-work
and waste.
• Inputs data into a quality database.
• Maintains a safe and healthy work environment by following standards/procedures and complying
with legal regulations.
• Updates job knowledge through experience, educational opportunities, andreading technical
publications.
• Assures that all Structural and Architectural construction has beencompleted by the contract Plans
and Specifications.
• Communicates with the Construction Management Team on CARs and workswith subcontractors to
resolve QC issues proactively.
