▫ Applying layouts to reflect the company’s strategy for the Merchandise Department
▫ Monitoring and supervising the progress of projects utilizing a practical check-list, including Construction Progress, Site Inspection Reports, Layouts and Actual, Construction Cost, Equipment Cost, Process Flow from Recruiting to Handover
▫ Drawing required layouts and sketches for 3D items
▫ Defining standard layout and timeline
▫ Monitor the project progress using timeline and checklists for approvals phases and construction scope of work phase and any phases throughout the project from start to handover to control and raise up issues that delays the project and share it with the team and keep them updates.
▫ Cost estimation formats for cost analyses to see the opportunities to reduce the cost and to get to know the roughly estimate per M2 for the project.
