-Responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing existing relationships, structuring, obtaining credit approvals and implementation of financial solutions for corporate banking clients.
-Identifies business needs and corresponding sales opportunities bank-wide and actively promotes ways to increase customer reliance on bank products and services
-Developing and maintaining strong working relations with all existing clients at key levels to optimize the utilization of approved facilities.

-Forecast and monitoring market trends in addition to studying government legislation, which may affect the existing and prospect clients.
-Identify, analyze and understand appropriate present and future market opportunities with the objective of recommending to Senior Management suitable strategies and tactics to exploit these opportunities for sound and profitable growth.
-Responsible for developing and maintaining new and existing corporate relationships in order to meet the pre-set financial objectives.
-Support the achievement of profitability and credit goals for the division through day-to-day management of account relationships.
-Prepare Credit Proposal Memos CPMs and perform spreading and financial analysis that present the proposed facility package for the client's.
-Structuring the facility that correspond to the client's requirements and compile all necessary write ups needed for initiating and developing the account relationship within the Bank's strategy.
-Perform periodical credit analysis to assess and ensure creditworthiness and prepare an Interim Review regarding contracts financing, special transactions and amendments in facility’s original Terms and Conditions.
-Prepare scientific projection, in order to monitor the ability of payment of medium term exposure and tenor.
-Conduct regular accounts follow up assisted by periodical reports to avoid manifestation of past dues, excesses and the breach of terms and conditions of approved facilities.
-Conduct and prepare detailed and accurate financial and market study in a timely and coherent manner to assess the financial studying and market positioning of existing/new clients within a specific industry.
- Prepare and review the credit information reports for the existing and potential credit facility customers including the valuation of the credit risk accompanied with the industrial sector of each client.
- Monitor and managing the quality of the credit information provided to insure the early identification of the highly potential risk clients.
- Maintain a wide range of contacts in the market and banks to provide various sources of information.
- Prepare a detailed and accurate financial and market study in a timely and coherent manner to assess the financial studying and marketing positioning of existing/new clients within a specific industry.
- Preparation of letters addressed to corporate clients, financial and legal institutions.
- Reporting to the Credit Risk Department.
Responsible for studying and reporting customers status in the market and customers dealings with banks in order to help Corporate/ SME’s banking, Corporate/ SME’s credit, Debt Recovery unit, Credit risk to know as much as possible about customers status and reputation to assist them in the identifying monitoring and controlling high risk accounts, Preparing information reports for existing and new clients including corporations and SME’S to portrait a clear picture of the client's current and future financial position include the valuation of potential risk.
Monitor market conditions affecting the client’s proposed projects at local, regional and national level, Reporting to Goods & Information department and Credit Risk department.
