Project: Military Facilities Construction Project - Ministry of Defense, Saudi Arabia
Scope: Construction of reinforced concrete and steel structure facilities, architectural fit-out and external finishing works, infrastructure and site development works, roads and asphalt paving, water and sewer networks, electrical utilities, power substation, and MEP systems across a development area exceeding 55, 000 m².
Roles:
• Led and managed a multidisciplinary consultant supervision team of 6 professionals, including engineers, surveyors, and HSE personnel, ensuring full compliance with technical specifications and contractual requirements.
