my achievements are ., I finished event pavilion project al ain zoo, and MBK Cultural center, al ain the owner of Shaika Hamda Bint Mohammed bin Khalid Al Nahyan these are my achievements and my responsibilities are follow as., Checking of all structural and architectural drawings.
Planning, managing the required men & materials.
Work allocation for subcontractor.
Follow up for materials and other resources.
Tracking of works and completed on time.
Also Preparing bill for subcontractors.
Maintaining the daily progress report.

Duties:
● Project Scope Management
Monitoring : Day to day site activities and providing full support to all
Operations and extension requests.
Tracking : Structural Steel & Concrete and its effect on the overall
Project Schedule.
Document Handle : Maintaining all the site documents & Maintenance of drawings.
Estimation of Manpower : Requirement for the Project based on standard
Productivity norms.
Monitoring : Actual resources availability & analysis,
Reconciliation of materials.
Resource Planning : To work out detailed resource Requirement based on
Standard productivity

● Supervision of the work confirmation of coordination and compliance with
Specifications, Approved drawings, Method statement, Quality control plan
● Review of materials delivered to site for conformance with approved samples,
specifications, details, plans and standard practice. Report findings to Resident
Engineer.
● Observe work in progress to ensure procedures are followed and materials used confirm
to specifications. Report to Resident Engineer on any variations or concerns.
● Maintain the Site instruction and Non-conformity reports use to make compliance.
● Inspect the construction of temporary and permanent works to ensure compliance with
contract and Authority requirements.
● Coordinate with the Resident Engineer to check the submittals and shop drawings.
● Submitting the Daily Inspection Reports to the Line Manager.
● Take progress photographs for inclusion in monthly report.
● Prepare daily logs and reports maintaining records of inspections made, tests performed
and work executed.
● Observe and inspect site safety practices and the progress of the work, reporting on
any concerns to the Resident Engineer
● Assist with the inspection of completed works and monitor the startup, testing,
commissioning and handover of the works

Project : Construction of Residential Apartments (G+5), Club House, Swimming Pool

Execution & Co-ordination of work at site, Measurement of various RCC Structures and activities Involved in
the Infra structure Projects, Work deviation Request Raising, Progress Monitoring, Equipment & Manpower
mobilization, Interacting with clients, etc.
