Responsibility
⁘ Responsible for the operation of external water treatment system plant Through SCADA such as :
1- Pretreatment system which consists of ( Chlorine gas system - Clarifiers ( 113*3 m3/h ) - Ultra Filtration system and its CIB )
2- Demineralization system ( 92 m3/h such as polishing filter - Cation exchange - Degasser - Organic Trap - Anion exchange - mixed bed ) and its regeneration
⁘ Follow up the online analyzers such as : ( PH - Conductivity - Turbidity - Residual Chlorine - silica - Na and silica)
⁘ Potable water system ( 5.5 m3/h )
⁘ Waste water system such as : ( Waste collection basin - clarifiers - gravity filters and PH adjustment tank )
⁘ Oily separator system.
⁘ Follow up the internal water treatment for Boilers and closed cooling system by controlling the chemical dosing such as (Ammonia, Hydrazine and Phosphate) and ensure the feed and steam water under save limits .
⁘ Responsible for Shift lab and doing all analysis such as : ( PH, Conductivity- Residual Chlorine -Turbidity and silica for pretreatment system and Hydrazine residual for Derator outlet, Hardness, phosphate residual, Silica high and low range for drum and residual Ammonia for condensate water by using Spectrophotometer ) .
⁘ Responsible for entering units of electricity production .
⁘ Description of mechanical and Electrical problems of the system .
