• Mobilizing and preparing the site for construction activities.

As Tendering and Bidding Engineer: -

• Reviewing the requirements and specifications of tender documents to identify the technical requirements of the client.
• Developing technical solutions and system architectures that meet the client's aspirations while complying with industry standards.
• Developing implementation methodologies that detail the steps required to achieve the proposed technical solution.
• Coordinating with the commercial team to prepare competitive pricing proposals.
• Providing technical support during the bidding process, including attending pre-bid meetings, answering technical queries, and addressing client concerns.
• Keeping abreast of new technologies and industry trends to ensure the company stays competitive in the market.
• Collaborating with other engineers and stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of projects.
• Ensuring compliance with relevant technical standards, regulations, and quality requirements.
As a Contract and invoices Engineer:-
• Serving as the primary point of contact with clients throughout the duration of the project, from the initial discussions to project delivery.
• Negotiating the terms of contracts and reviewing them with clients.
• Managing project schedules and budgets effectively.
• Collaborating with third-party vendors and stakeholders to ensure everyone is aware of their roles and responsibilities.
• Addressing any unforeseen costs that may exceed the agreed-upon budget.
• Managing and resolving any client concerns or issues that arise.
• Monitoring project progress by attending site meetings.
• Ensuring that the project meets the agreed-upon technical specifications.
