Training Departments Staff on New policies and quality procedures
Following Implementation of Policies and quality procedures
Review and audit company policies with external condition
Review company policies, HR manuals, departments’ processes & procedures and other documentations to ensure compliance by all company levels.
Conduct regular checks and reviews to ensure the adherence of departments and employees to the company’s policies.
Review the legal records and due delegates to ensure that legal affairs are being handled in line with governmental laws and official regulations.
Report the results of the reviews to the company management to aid in feedback, address specific training and development needs to ensure greater overall compliance.
Analyze departments and employee’s activities to the prescribed company standards to fill compliance deficiencies.

Percentage% of Company policies commitment.( Monthly )
Recommend any deviation occurred in any process compared to standards
· Ensure that all operations carried out conform to quality and safety standards and meet customer expectation
Execute the production plan in line with the forecast and operational demand
· Provide hands on approach with a technical bias for decision making and action
· Manage and develop production resource through accurate management approach
· Periodic project reporting to the senior management
· Control of man hours
· Coordination with various yard departments on daily basis for achieving the daily targets in line with detailed projects program

- a. Developing new products.
- b. Improving quality of existing products.
- c. Reducing material cost.
- d. To establish and demonstrate clear cut superiority of products over competition products.
- e. To interact with testing laboratories and Egyptian standards specification authorities Effective coordination with different functions of the organization.
Applying knowledge of controlled production, sampling techniques, testing procedures, and statistical analysis.
Assigns subordinates to specific testing functions.
Reviews laboratory reports of test batches.
Recommends full-scale production of batches meeting company or consumer specifications and complying with federal purity standards.
Orders destruction of substandard batches, as authorized by supervisor.
Directs and coordinates investigation of complaints concerning defective products. Recommends response to complaints, considering test reports, production records, legal standards, and complaint validity.
Reviews legislative developments to determine changes in legal requirements and probable effects on company's manufacturing activities.
Directs retention of data and preparation of documents for use by self or other company personnel during inquiries concerning suspect products.
