Summery of my experience:-
Have 9+ years of experience in Civil engineering ( 7years in
quality control, 2 years as a site engineer) worked especially in
marine, shore protection, soil improvement and power plants, water treatment plant.
have a wide experience in deep foundation (diaphragm walls,
piles …. Etc. ), worked also as technical office engineer, also I have
experience in a normal building projects, finishes, infrastructure
, roads cause power plants projects have All kind of civil works .
Job description:-
Quarries approval and testing, rock testing, soil improvement… etc.
Wide knowledge about the paper cycle, NRIs, MRRs, MARs, ITPS, NCRs….etc.
All concrete tests knowledge(aggregates, cement, silica fume, sand, steel)
Implementing and maintaining quality management system.
Supervision for all civil construction activities (R.C. footing, R.C, earth
work, steel reinforcement, formwork, piles and sheet pile…) are
according to specification and drawing.
Checking Reinforcement steel details at site as per approved
shop drawings and Specs.
Make inspection for finishing activities.
Supervision of the concrete casting and testing.
Review of testing reports for Project Materials & check of material
arriving to site before using it
Follow up progress according to time schedules.
Preparation & review of method statements, quality plans, inspection
and testing plan.
prepare quality monthly report for Qa/Qc manager & prepare all (KPI) key performance indicator for all items & junior engineer to evaluate all items & QC staff .
