Governance pack - Partners Governance pack - Monthly
update and call with LBG (Llyods banking group) Supplier 's
Operations and DMO team.
Supporting WD (working day) meeting's effectively with
BOM, finance lead's and LBG IT PMs. Driving calls with LBG
PMs to provide advisory support for the project forecasting
activities.
Sound knowledge of Finance Management process and key
terminologies (Eg: Forecasting accuracy, Resource type
(F.P/T&M), Budget, Generics, Journal postings, Externals,
Internals, Fixed Price, Accruals, PO Phasing etc. Knowledge /
Experience working in tool like MS Projects & PPM etc. and
extensive experience in Stakeholder Management.
Support & various level of interactions with Platform Lead in
delivering timely reports, updates, follow-ups & handling
other processes within the Project / Platform Limits.
Have worked in various project disciplines such as :- Prince 2,
Waterfall, and Agile.
Has a solid understanding of programme and project
management, have worked from and in services, from "
business proposition' to live system.
Technically literate and able to communicate at all levels, from
user, end user, analyst to the senior IT stakeholders.
Recognized as very dynamic with an ability to 'hit the ground
running' and making an immediate impact.
