• Successfully managed the interfaces (internal and external) with a proper coordination utilizing the Co-works software between the multi-discipline of engineering and externally with vendors/sub-contractor and client.
• Has been leading the project delivery team from the position of delivery manager with a high degree of focus on coordination of engineering, procurement, vendor, and logistics within the schedule and budget.
• Managed the engineering activities, Leading the engineering deliverables as per the schedule and all the engineering studies/workshops to ensure the closure of all the actions within the contract requirement.
• Handling FEED Study and monitoring all deliverables within the schedule and issuing the requisition to vendors to finalize vendor selection and involved in the project cost estimation to finalize the LSTK price.
• Managing and Monitoring the man-power deployments, man-hours calculation and cost estimation based on the project budget and the schedule and generate a recovery plan if necessary.
• Successfully managed the change orders by supporting the contracts team in claim preparation, variation order tracking/preparation, and negotiation with clients for the final agreement.
• Managed to run several risk management workshops utilizing a brainstorming and checklist to prepare a proper risk register with a mitigation plan with continuous following up to close all the actions
• Nominated to be part of Petrofac Pathway, Talent Management & Development Program through Petrofac organization development and Selected to be part of Petrofac Master cohort to complete a Master of Engineering Management MEM in the American university of Beirut (to be completed in August 2021)
