ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
*Responsible for 100% quality assurance for EV Motors, Starter Motors,
Controllers.
*POKE YOKE and MPA audit, QAD and SAP clearance.
*Engineering level in drawings with PTC.
*Ensuring all models clears PTC and inspection report, verification
through drafting gauges.
*Knowledge about 8D AND 7Q tool
Designing manufacturing, and installing components that fulfill requirements. Analyzing problems or deficiencies and developing solutions to resolve
them. Conducting experiments and evaluations to improve and innovate product designs. Estimating budgets and time scopes for each project. Writing technical documentations for machine operators
