• Expertise in preparing and finalising monthly Financial Reports, Variance Analysis, Accounts Payables & Accounts Receivable & Cash Flow Forecasts
• Coordinating and monitoring all core business financial processes, paying suppliers, managing receivables, and advising on the status of the aged receivables
• Preparing monthly cash flows and advising the management on the status of the funds available and how best to utilise them

• Supporting the financial controller in preparing management information, performance analysis and forecasting.
• Liaising with BIG4 external auditors during year end audits
• Preparing and analysing the cash flows for the region. Responsible for maintaining healthy cash flows at all times to meet day to day requirements of the Division
• Liaising with the Finance Manager to identify and develop internal controls to ensure that assets and resources are managed efficiently while minimizing the risk of fraud
• Supported the head office in the implementation of the P2P software to eliminate raising manual purchase orders & goods received note resulting in time and cost efficiency.
• Preparing consolidated monthly management information, variance analysis reports of all branches for management review and decision making and recommendations to improve efficiency or cost controls
• Supporting regional country business partners and branch managers in preparing incremental and Zero based budgets for the Division
• Entering Accounts payable and Local receivable, group payroll review before transferring the salary, pass monthly JV’s for prepayments, advances and maintaining depreciation schedules
• Negotating on the interest rates on short/long-term fixed deposits and management of bank accounts and overdraft facilities.
• Co-ordinating with other regions, compiling and preparing annual/quarterly financial plan and cash flow forecast. This also includes reviewing performance against scorecard targets and report variance to Country Heads, analyzing, interpreting and presenting reports on the current and likely future performance of the organization.
• Supporting the business plan with research in market trends, competitors, and taking part in discussions on whether investments should be carried out or not
