Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Managing the control of schedule and cost for a large scale program, create, develop and maintain Master Schedule functioning logic, create, develop and maintain schedule and cost reports for periodic updates, Coordinate critical schedule dates with the different entities in the program. Perform schedule and cost analysis, Create and Maintain database of Program Cost. Interact with program and project managers, administration and accounting staff in the development and tracking of Program projects. Evaluate progress, performance and forecasts to identify schedule and cost variances requiring management intervention to assure continued Program success.
Responsibilities Include but not limited to: Maintaining functioning logic with the OMP Master Schedule, Tracking utilities & Create weekly utility reports. Coordinate critical schedule dates with Master Civil, Construction Management, OMP & City of Chicago personnel, Review and maintain updates from all involved entities for the master schedule, Create & issue monthly /weekly progress reports, Create / develop special scenario & information reports and integrate existing schedules within the Primavera 3.1 &Primavera E/C.
Responsibilities also include Supporting Project Managers by Creating layouts using Microstation and doing Quantity Take off using Ultra Scale Master Professional and Smart Take Off Software (Digitizer System).
Did the surveying and quantity take off, did ArchiCad drawings, processed submittals, shop drawings, and contacted subs/suppliers as a part of the estimating process
Worked for the Building Division. Responsibilities were including submittals and subcontractor coordination for Public Works projects.
