o Leading the whole project management and supervision team in providing project management service to the Client / ROSHN.
o Managing and monitoring the performances of HSE and QA/QC teams to ensure full compliance with safety and quality regulations and the project requirements
o Responsible for managing the supervision processes, procedures and submissions as technical submittals, proposals, prequalification, contractor enquiries, material submittals, method statements, inspection & testing plans, quality and safety plans, interface registers, risks registers, design constructability, testing & commissioning plans, as built and handing over, and monitoring the KPIs for all project aspects.
o Directing/ liaising with the project team in controlling and reviewing of variations, time schedules, project scope, project cost, progress and delay.
o Direct responsible for all coordination with the client, designers, contractors and project stakeholders.

o Representing AtkinsRealis for Managing and leading the whole supervision teams (52 staff) for providing the supervision services to KING SALMAN PARK FOUDATION.
o Lead the project’s supervision, and technical teams to ensure full alignment with project and client requirements.
o Build strong relationships with clients, PMO, and contractors, and conduct workshop meetings with all project key stockholders.
o Direct and oversight to project senior engineers, technicians, and technical teams.
o Manage and liaise with the technical teams to review and approve technical submissions, project plans, proposals, prequalification, schedules, material submittals, and construction methodologies
o Visit the sites regularly to assess the construction progress, and to ensure compliance with company policies, quality management systems, and health, safety, and environmental regulations.
o Manage and liaise with the project commercial team for cost control, budget, variations and invoices.

o Liaise with the project core team to establish the work plans, procedures, processes and formats, governances, and communication system, and be responsible for monitoring the implementation of the approved PMO processes and procedures.
o Responsible for reviewing and monitoring the project’s scope, budgeting, progress, time schedules, variations and time extensions.
o Liaise with the Engineer/ Consultant representatives to ensure compliance with the client/ NHC requirements, quality management systems, HSE regulations, project budget and scope

o Lead all the project teams for construction, technical, planning, quality, risk, health, and safety to ensure full alignment with project requirements.
o Responsible for all coordination between the infrastructure and building contractors to provide all required services and networks for the development.
o Responsible for reviewing and final approving the submissions related to technical, materials, suppliers / sub-contractors prequalification, quality control, quality assurance, health and safety, proposals, shop drawings, as-built drawings, testing and commissioning plan, sustainability, risk register, technical enquiries, method statements, invoices and variations.
o Responsible for coordinating with stakeholders; clients, designers, contractors, sub-contractors and suppliers.

o Responsible for liaising with PMO’s teams to establish the PMO Work Plan, Procedures, Processes and Forms, and responsible for monitoring the implementation of the PMO’s procedures
o Responsible for reviewing and monitoring the project’s Budget, Time Schedule, Resources and Engineering Issues.
o Responsible for monitoring the project Planning, Progress, Scope, Budget, Quality & Safety requirements.
o Responsible for heading the meetings and workshop meetings with the contractors and stakeholders to sort out and facilitate all pending issues, interfaces and obstacles, and mitigate all the risks.

o Responsible for reviewing the construction plans, Safety and Quality plans, Designs, Shop drawings, and
verifying the Constructability of Designs.
o Responsible for directing and following the supervision teams to supervise all activities related to the
Infrastructures, Roads and Civil structures.
o Responsible for reviewing the Submissions for Materials, Prequalification of Suppliers & Sub-Contractors,
Method Statements, Work Inspections, Payment Certificates and Variations.
o Responsible for coordinating with Clients, Contractors, Stakeholders and End-users, and responsible for
conducting the technical workshop with designers, contractors, and Stakeholders.

o Responsible for leading the construction teams for execution of all activities related to Road Works,
Earthmoving, Infrastructures, Traffic Light Signals, and Traffic Management.
o Responsible for following and monitoring daily the Site Works, Manpower, Equipment, and Progress.
Material Deliveries and Work Inspections.
o Responsible for following up the Material Approvals, Materials Procurements, Shop Drawings Approvals,
Resources, Implementation of Safety and Quality Requirements.

o Responsible for leading and directing the whole construction team for the execution of Road Works, Bridges
and Culvers Works, and responsible for controlling the Progress, Safety and Quality.
o Responsible for planning the works, preparing shop drawings and Technical Submissions, following
the Materials Approval, Procurements, Deliveries and Resources.
o Responsible for securing the required materials like Embankment, Aggregate, Asphalt, Concrete, and
responsible for controlling the quality of these materials.
o Responsible for coordinating with Designers, Consultants, Clients, End-Users, and responsible for liaising
with interface teams to tackle all interfaces and obstacles at the site.

o Responsible for supervising and inspecting the infrastructure works to ensure the constructed works was
matching the project’s requirements and time schedule.
