Scope of Works: Joinery Fit out works
Job description
⮚ Monitoring Daily work and material schedule, progress of site & preparing weekly reports.
⮚ Review approved shop drawings and ensure the works is carried out as per drawing .
⮚ Schedule works and assign works for every day.
⮚ Co-ordination with own team to ensure smooth execution and handover of the project.
⮚ Co- ordinate with subcontractors & Main contractor for smooth flow of work.
⮚ Prepare RFI with Consultants in day activities & to resolve any technical issues.
⮚ Submit Inspection Request for Engineers Inspection
⮚ Issue Internal NCR or Site Observation
⮚ Attending weekly meetings with Client, Consultant & Main contractor.
⮚ Prepare requirement schedule for construction materials and liase with Project Manager to
achieve.
Site Management
⮚ Site inspection for civil works, which includes structural & finishing works and ensure that the work
is as the project specifications and issued for construction drawings/ final approved drawings from
authorities.
⮚ Planning the necessary resource needed for the project.
⮚ Conducting daily or weekly meeting with staff to organize work for next day
⮚ Daily inspection of project site to monitor the progress and site issues.
⮚ Preparing record drawings, technical reports, site diary.
⮚ Resolving any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise
⮚ Coordinating the infrastructure work such as landscaping, kerb stone, Sub base, car parking
Material, Machinery, Manpower management
⮚ Taking the quantity of all materials required for the structure and finishing stage of project and
making material requisition to the purchase department for the procurement of material on time.
⮚ Coordinate and arranges the relevant company departments for timely allocation of labor, tools,
machinery, material & other resources
Document management
⮚ Making Daily/weekly/monthly reports to higher management
⮚ Municipality inspection request
⮚Co-ordination with Technical office for any change in drawings or any revision
Sub-contractor management
⮚ Monitor subcontractor complies with quality, time and budget. Resolve contract disputes. verify
work completion, finalizes sub-contractor invoices and recommends to the contract manager whether
contractor payment requests should be approved or denied.
⮚ Subcontractor measurement sheet preparation.
site supervision
⮚ making plan, elevation, and sections of residential and commercial buildings
⮚ preparation of interior layouts, furniture detailing
⮚ preparation of electrical, plumbing drawings of residential and commercial building
