Manage the Department activity which includes the following
1. First Rig Installation
Review & check all rig equipments with the rig inventory
Manage and Supervise the Rig modifications process
Manage and Supervise the Inspection on all rig equipments
Manage and Supervise Compellation of R/U for the rig
2. Location Preparation
Tendering Process
Provide the winner with layouts & foundation
Follow up the work progress
Check the location with the layouts agreed
3. Follow up the rig operation on daily basis
Receive the morning report from all Rigs
Prepare the morning report
Attend the morning meeting and discuss the operations
Forward the rigs' requirements to the concerned depts.
Fulfill the requirements related to the DRLG Dept. & Follow up the depts. to satisfy all requirements
4. Clients invoices
Receive the supporting documents from the rig site
Primary review and register
Prepare back charge memo to finance to issue the client draft invoice
5. Deductions & Debit Notes
Review all deductions and debit notes
Make the necessary clarification

Follow up the daily move progress till the rig acceptance
12. Communicate with ECDC clients to get annual and separate drilling plans
13. Assure the smart applying for the rig contract
Prepare contract summary to follow up and assure applying the contract terms
Follow up the rig site applying of the contract terms
14. Follow up the client complains & requests
Receive client complains from rig site & head office
Prepare C/P action reports and define the responsibilities
Follow up the non conformities
Inform the client with the results
15. Sharing the concerned Dept. in audit plans
Prepare audit plans on all ECDC rigs
Perform audits & prepare C/P reports
Prepare the results of audit and follow up the non-conformities
Arrange for closing all the points with other departments
Inform the client with the results
16. Assist in procurement Process
Provide the materials/procurement department with the technical specifications
17. Assist in preparing for tendering
Provide all technical spcs. of the rig & lay outs
Prepare all progress charts, rig performance, history, other marketing package
18. Prepare visibility studies for business development, rig modifications & Operations
19. Preparing the budget of the drilling Department
Collecting data (requirements) from the rig site
Prepare all requirements for the next year operations in all rigs
Final preparation, review & approval
