► Studying the site technical problems and solve it with consultant and managements to
Proceed on site.
► Expedite work progress to be match with base line program and schedule.
► Managing material supplying, storage and installation on site
► Reviewing Contract Drawings, Addendums, Tender Drawings, IFC Drawings and Specifications to proceed with coordination and shop drawings.
► Attending Kick-off meeting, Technical meetings and client meetings to discuss the technical issues and finalize any discrepancy.
► Preparing RFl's, Letters and any correspondence to consultant to finalize any issues related to drawings or materials.
► Preparing all shop drawings and proposals for submission and following it with consultant.
► Control shop drawings received from subcontractors to insure that its matching with project specs. And IFC drawings.
► Preparing drawings for ADM and Authority submissions.
► Preparing Coordination Drawings and orientation and gate level points drawings for horizontal Projects.
► Reviewing MEP Drawings to insure that its following the Authority requirements no discrepancy with other drawings and activities.
► Following up submitted drawings to municipality and update the drawings as per municipality comments.
► Preparing GIS Drawings for municipality submission and approval as per actual site condition and Authorities Requirements.
► Create and propose solutions for any actual problems or clashes on site
