Key Result Areas: Managing the implementation of Integrated Management System (IMS) in order to ensure all the required documents and systems are in place to enable efficient QHSE operations. Supervising the daily activities, providing QHSE advice to staff and to the line manager, and resolving escalated issues Planning the resource utilization of the QHSE staff and allocating them to the projects of company across geographies in order to ensure the coverage and compliance of all projects with the relevant QHSE policies and standards Preparing site-specific documents like QHSE Plan, Emergency Response Plan, Crisis Management Plan, and Risk Management Plans Development, revision, and maintenance of QHSE procedures, forms, flowcharts and supporting documents. Supervising inspections of all projects work sites; carrying out periodic inspections in projects to ensure compliance with QHSE standards and identifying non-compliance, unsafe practices and conditions. Preparing Environmental aspect impact assessments for the projects and carry out noise assessment, lux monitoring etc. Carry out Fire risk assessments for the building to check for compliance with NFPA and UAE Fire & Life safety code of Practices. Reviewing subcontractor documents and service reports to ensure compliance with legal and other requirements. Monitoring the project KPI and tracking compliance on monthly basis. Reviewing the findings of all the inspections carried out by the team and proposing remedial actions Supporting the mobilization of new projects, by training and transferring knowledge related to QHSE policies, procedures, standards, checklists, and guidelines ensuring adherence to the relevant standards Coordinating testing of emergency response plan through mock drills for various scenarios Providing induction and training to the staff as per the training plan. Investigating accidents/incidents related to injuries, environmental impact, and damage to assets at worksites to ascertain root causes and the need for corrective action. Coordinating various campaigns like No Life at Risk, Electrical Safety, Hand Safety, Heat Stress campaigns across the sites.
