Project Brief: The plot area is 5373 m2. It comprises a 15-storey residential complex with three basements, 6 villas each with 3-storey ftoors, and external amenities such as swimming pools and infrastructure works.
Main Duties:
• Developed and oversaw quality assurance programs to ensure compliance with project specifications.
• Prepare supervision proposals and VOs for project packages including staff, budget, and time allocation.
• Attend logistic planning meetings to align key milestones across project packages.
• Lead and oversee the planning team for all infrastructure packages.
• Establish, review, and maintain the master schedule for permits, design, and construction phases.
• Review progress, schedules, cost reports, and other necessary reports.
• Evaluate various construction schedules and project execution plans in line with technical and contractual requirements.
• Implemented comprehensive project control systems to track progress and mitigate risks effectively.
• Develop, review, and monitor technical submittals and procurement schedules for contract compliance and construction support.
• Report project risks and develop response strategies.
• Maintain schedule records to support change orders, delay claims, and payments Evaluation.
• Assess and evaluate claims and disputes.
• Participate in relevant administrative duties.

• Establish & maintain WBS Milestones for Budget Request (BR) & Authorization For Expenditure (AFE) Stages
• Preparation planning packages till the sufficient level
• Loading the Cost into Primavera to plot/monitor cash flow.
• Establish & Monitor of Project’s Annually Performance Card
• Prepare & Update Expected 5 Years Plan for Divisions’ Projects Expenditure
• Give hand to tailor the contract clauses related to the planning issues for each project.
• Study & prepare Tenders schedules
• Establishes productivity basis to be utilized in estimates, as developed in concurrence with Construction
• Supervises project schedule analysis and studies of problem areas to determine criticality of schedule activities & analyze the projects status in many aspects

• Maintain schedule records to assist the Project Engineer with evaluation of separate change orders, delay claims and monthly application for the payment.
• Building / evaluating claims based on the total float techniques and critical path method with all possible scenarios to evaluate time impact
