Responsible for supporting the company SME client at all levels as part of a helpdesk team Ensure that all hardware and software is configured and installed correctly.
Duties:
• Provide technical assistance to customer on inbound telephone tech support calls.
• Use Remote access to perform troubleshooting when needed.
• Assisted customer with antivirus program installation and virus removals.
• Maintain a great customer service skills.
• Configured network devices Wi-Fi routers, Access points.
• Good knowledge in client operating systems Windows and MS(Office, Excel, Outlook)
• Have good Experience with network cabling crimping testing.
• Installation and Configuring of network printers and scanners.
• Keeping Customer updates as to progress respond.
• A positive attitude towards customer service and good communication skills.
• Maintain maximum availability of supported service for users.
• Produce documentation on operational system and user procedural and guidelines.
Job Role:
• Setup and maintained firewall security policies including NAT, VPN and secure remote access.
• Design, document and deploy network security infrastructure.
• Provide excellent customer service and always receive positive feedback from management.
• Responsible for troubleshooting network connectivity issues between client and partner machines.
• Administrative catalyst 2960, 3560 Cisco switch, c3845 series router and foundry layer-2 switches of model FGS 624p-POE both (24 and 48 ports) and layer-3 big iron RX-16 core switches.
• Commissioning Configuration of CCTV and access Control systems as per the consultants client requirements.
• Following up with the Clients for payments towards the amount of work completed in size.
• Selection of required system and software configurations as per the Specifications.
• Preparation of Company pre-qualification documents and technical Submittals related to ELV systems.
• Specification given by the Consultants and getting the approvals for the same from the Consultants.
• Maintained accurate inventory of stock and field devices.
• Worked from schematics, diagram, written and verbal instructions.
• Completed projects in both residential and commercial fields.
