• Introduced and implemented strict economy during course of works and ascertained that all work is completed on or before the target completion date.

Key Responsibilities:
• Acted as the primary source of contact between ZFP team and the client.
• Administered and coordinated with Site Engineers and Site Supervisors to ensure execution of work is carried out in accordance with approved drawings, method statements, QA/QC and Safety Plans and Procedures.
• Supervised the recording of all field changes and communicated to the Project Manager and marked up the As-Built Drawings.
• Supervised handing over procedure, inspected works and listed items needing rectification, distributing respective remedial responsibilities to staff and relevant Sub-contractors.
• Managed cost codes, quantities, and budgets to ensure that projects are profitable and that accurate historical costs are recorded for estimating purposes.

1 Responsible for supervising and ensuring the Contractor's works is being complied with all Contract Documents. Review of shop drawings and as-built drawings and checking of site inspection requests and Site mock-up inspections. Review of material / sample. Prepare job site instructions and non-conformance reports. Preparing architectural snag lists. Pro-actively advise Contractor for technical and coordination issues and quality control.

DAYS INN Hotel - Site Supervisor, 4 star hotel finishing 10 floors, Amman
