Preparation of Work packages for General Shutdown.(Package includes all the data’s regarding each work)
Preparation of Planning Cards for Shutdown Activities
Preparing the Creation Sheet for new Spare parts.

Ensure Spares balance and inventory control for all instruments’ spare parts
Worked as Focal Point for the Gamma Ray Isolation and Reinstall activities during the time of General Shutdown.

Time Posting for the Staffs using ERP
Working in Various Maintenance Activities including Scheduling of startup overhaul planning activities; prepare & inspecting of Anew/Upgrading/RevampingSpareparts&Instruments.
Preparing the drawings for new loops for gamma ray activities
Updating of various PLC logic drawings
Updating of Wiring diagram and Loop drawings for various PLCs.
Participated to upgrade the Various PLCs during the Time of General Shutdown
Involved in the mixing plants erection works, commissioning and maintenance.
Troubleshooting of PLC system.
Design and develop the script for increasing the productivity
Assist the technical team and networking department
Analyze the test case and reports of automation
Finding the problems and suggest best possible solution
Accomplishing the installation for reducing human operators at hazardous place.
Troubleshooting of automated machinery.
Provide on-site field service or on-site assistance
Performs and supports the activities related to installation, preventive maintenance and remedial maintenance of chemical feed systems.
Responsible for understanding and follow safety guidelines and procedures issued by the factories of clients

Leading a team of instrument technicians
The existing system was controlled by PLC system (Allen Bradley MicroLogix 1200). And the aim of the project was to work the plant with PLC as well as in DCS using control selection.
System is not only used for filtering of water but also for training purpose.
Programming PLC by Ladder Diagram, and hardware troubleshooting
Designed the pilot plant with a range of closed loop system and parameter configuration with analog input, analog output, digital input, digital output modules.
The plant was an exact miniature of a process plant considering all safety features and electrical panelling with international standards.
The filtering plant was designed to meet all the advantages and features provided by a DCS system and to lead for the training purpose.
The aim of the project was to control the fuel consumption in furnace and thereby increasing the product quality and decrease fuel consumption which leads industry more profitable, before this was done manually and it was not successful.
The project includes a PID loop, on which the controlling depends on the temperature attained in the furnace.
Temperature of material inside the furnace is detected by an optical pyrometer which can transmit the signals.
Support services including Sample testing, light maintenance, customer service, service report generation, chemical ordering, chemical inventory management, general labor activities
