 Leading a team of instrument technicians
 The existing system was controlled by PLC system (Allen Bradley MicroLogix 1200). And the aim of the project was to work the plant with PLC as well as in DCS using control selection.
 System is not only used for filtering of water but also for training purpose.
 Programming PLC by Ladder Diagram, and hardware troubleshooting
 Designed the pilot plant with a range of closed loop system and parameter configuration with analog input, analog output, digital input, digital output modules.
 The plant was an exact miniature of a process plant considering all safety features and electrical panelling with international standards.
 The filtering plant was designed to meet all the advantages and features provided by a DCS system and to lead for the training purpose.
 The aim of the project was to control the fuel consumption in furnace and thereby increasing the product quality and decrease fuel consumption which leads industry more profitable, before this was done manually and it was not successful.
 The project includes a PID loop, on which the controlling depends on the temperature attained in the furnace.
 Temperature of material inside the furnace is detected by an optical pyrometer which can transmit the signals.
 Support services including Sample testing, light maintenance, customer service, service report generation, chemical ordering, chemical inventory management, general labor activities
 Provides contractual service and assists customers with problem solving support with products/applications/solutions
