Taking part or lead in design assignments in collaboration with project team.

Ensuring tasks allocated is completed & delivered with quality after a self-check.

Good command in using Revit Architecture & AutoCAD in drafting, designing and building modeling.

Perform technical and authorities coordination at all levels .

Arrange meetings to review design, plans, making modifications or revisions as required.

Allocation, distribution, and follow up of task within the team, checking of works produced and ensure work is completed within the allocated hours and scope.

Travelling to the various sites to complete physical inspections and site surveys (If required).

Keep on learning new skills, updated information and take necessary trainings as per modern practices in the relevant field and share with team and other disciplines organization wide.

Sketch preliminary design plans, including electrical layouts
Specify materials and furnishings, such as lighting, furniture, wall finishes, flooring, and plumbing fixtures
Prepare final plans, using computer applications
Create a timeline for the interior design project and estimate project costs
Place orders for materials and oversee installing the design elements
Visit after the project to ensure that the client is satisfied
Determine the client’s goals and requirements of the project
Consider how the space will be used and how people will move through the space

Preparation of learning materials (including e-learning; current system is “Moodle”),
lesson plans, schemes of work, assignments to support high quality teaching and
learning for all scheduled practical and classroom based teaching
• Conduct all required assessments of learners work and preparation for examinations to
required college and/or awarding body requirements
• Complete student reports and communicate with parents where appropriate including
the attendance at parents evenings
• Display full compliance with college procedures including those for Quality
Improvement.
