*Carry out architectural and constructability review during the design stages, ensure its matching
*Review the consultant proposed staff and their CVs and recommend to the manager.
*Review and advise of any alternatives in design proposals submitted by the design engineers.
*Follow up all change and correct all notice from municipality or others authorities and ensure its re submittal to get approve and any Permits
*Review and advise of the project tender documents.
*Participate in evaluating the proposed contractors.
*Review the pre-qualification of contractors
*Review and discuss tender addendum document and ensure its forward to all contractors * Choose the best offer and not necessarily the lowest prices or the client advise and agree. *Review and advise the agreement for provisional sum items which will carry out by client
*Attend kick of meetings with the consultant team other sub-consultants, contractors technical team, sub contractors and
client Delegate
*Ensure that the design engi.s (Arch. and Const.) incorporates the comments raised from previous reports or from site modifications.
*Review the submittals submitted by the design engineers. (Arch. Const.and MPA) and forward the comments to the manager.
*Attend the technical meetings with consultant team, other sub-consultants, contractors technical team, subcontractors and client Delegate, Follow up incorporates the comments which raised from site modification and last meeting and implementation it.
*Review any alternative to design concept submitted by consultant or requested by client and discuss the variation if its benefit for services of building.
*Review and advise of the materials proposed by the design consultant and recommend any alternatives (if required).
*Coordination with the QA/QC and QS engineers to ensure that all documents are properly controlled.
