Planning, design, preparation of tender documents and follow-up of the interior design of buildings and several types of projects.
•Establishing design concepts, developing preliminary and final design, interdisciplinary co-ordination, preparing bills of quantities and technical evaluation of material submittals
•Being involved in the follow up of construction and technical supervision of site works for various major projects.
•Prepare and study technical drawings, specifications to ensure that installation and operations conform to standards and client requirements.
•Develop the programme of work and strategy to make the project happen.
•Plan ahead to prevent problems on site before they occur, for example, planning the delivery and storage of equipment and materials.
•Make safety inspections of the site when work is underway and ensuring regulations relating to health, safety and the environment (HSE) are adherred to
•Oversee the running of several projects
•Capable of using construction management software packages to plan smooth work flows
•Communicate with a range of people including the client, subcontractors, suppliers, the public and the workforce
•Administer the day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the labor force and the work of any subcontractors.
•Prepare reports, attend inspections, maintain work quality and coordinate with the project management team.

The proposed sports center is described as follows:
•The plot area is 30, 000 m2 with a BUA of 18, 000m2.
•It is to comprise of different sports facilities, cultural, social and administrative facilities, horse track, paddocks and stable buildings, and other ancillary facilities and services.
•Scope of works: Full design scope; obtaining of the Authorities’ approvals; preparation of the tender documents, tender drawings and bills of quantities; and management of the tender process up to the award of the construction contract.

Mesaieed Record Centre Expansion

•Proposed facility is described as follows:
•The plot area is 700 m2 (28m x 25m); GFA is approximately 1, 400 m2.
•The proposed facility shall be a two-story structure, containing a repository storage area (with shelving) and support services for a minimum of 30, 000 record boxes which shall be seamlessly connected to the existing building.
•Scope of works: Full design scope; obtaining of the Authorities’ approvals; and preparation of the tender documents, tender drawings and bills of quantities.

Client: ERS - Embassy of the republic of Singapore.
•The project located at Cairo, Egypt and consists of 2 Levels, B+G+F for the main building and annex building with area approximate 1700 m2.
•Project aims for fitting out and redesign for the existing villa.
•Proposed the main concept and Join a team of architects on preparing the Conceptual design, development, Coordination, and Construction documents & full interior design package for the embassy & preparing the tender documents.
•The project consists of two buildings the main embassy building & annex building for serving the customs.
•Makkah Gates with Holly Mecca Municipality. Proposed the main concept and Join a team of architects on preparing the Conceptual design for five gates in Makkah

Logistics Terminal in Mesaied.
•Client: Qatar Petrochemical Company (QAPCO)
•The project includes a warehouse built sometime in 2008 which has about 56, 000 m2 in area and has an average of 8.5 m in height. The store was built of PEB structure with insulated sheet at the roof and single sheet at the sides.
•Scope of works: Verification, design and obtaining the Authorities' approvals related to the building plan, fire alarm, firefighting and mechanical ventilation for the existing Qatofin logistics terminal.
